Removing Yahoo Email Account on an Android

For those getting errors trying to remove Yahoo or any other email account...

1) Enable wifi
2) Connect to a wifi network
3) Restart the phone
4) Leave wifi on
5) Go to delete the account again

The restart step may or may not be necessary.
